She has never experienced any kind of therapy or medication that works the way yoga does. It is the perfect way to refresh both body and mind.

After years of practicing and training with various teachers and studios both here in London and abroad in Los Angeles, Samantha began training to teach at HFE in London. She believes her qualification is just a piece of paper that gives her permission to teach, her training and style has been adapted and created taking what she loves from all her teachers, classes, peers and even her students over the years
