Yoga Kundalini Yoga

‘Kundalini Yoga’ as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a comprehensive practice combining meditation, mantra, physical exercise and breathing technique. It is also known as the Yoga of Awareness; its focus is on self awareness and accessing the neutral mind and delivering an experience of your highest consciousness. Each class consist of a kriya (a kundalini yoga sequence) followed by a relaxation and meditation.

Our classes are fully led and consist of various postures, stretching, movements, breathing techniques, yoga philosophy, relaxation, meditation and mantras. The guided sequences offer a deep regenerating and relaxing experience. All levels of experience very welcome.

To Book:

• Please ‘RSVP’ if you would like to book your place. Places are limited so please ‘RSVP NO’ if you are not coming any more to give a chance to somebody to benefit from the session.

• Our studio fits a limited number of students, therefore pre-booking is required to avoid disappointment.

• The class is 60 minutes long. Please make sure you arrive on time. Due to the configuration of the studio and out of respect to the other students we are unable to admit latecomers.

• If this is your first class please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to register.

• Drop-in – £10 (Payable with cash only at the door, depending on availability)

• Class pass of 6 sessions – £50 (Valid for 2 months, payable with cash at the studio)

WHERE DO THE CLASSES TAKE PLACE?

Our classes are based at the Yogaholicz – Yoga Meditation Studio, in London E1 which in between Whitechapel and Stepney Green Station (District, Hammersmith & City Line and London Overground.)

The Yogaholicz is spacious and tranquil with timber flooring and lots of light, with indoor garden.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? 

Wear clothes you are comfortable moving around in. Layers are a wise idea, as you will warm up during the class but might want something cosy and warm to wear during relaxation.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING ELSE?

Yoga mats and props are provided, but if you have your own mat you are welcome to bring it along.
