The poetry of life is available to everyone. Read it through our weekly Authentic Hatha Yoga Classes. This 90 minutes yoga classes are designed to make you realised that you had it all here, now within yourself. You were never without your being, it was just a layer of unawareness.
This class is infused with powerful traditional elements of Hatha Yoga to joyfully enhance your strength, flexibility, inner & outer awareness and immense energy. The class is perfect for students of intermediate levels and appropriate for beginners as modifications of poses are offered during the class.
To Book:
• Please ‘RSVP YES’ if you would like to book your place. Places are limited so please ‘RSVP NO’ if you are not coming any more to give a chance to somebody to benefit from the session.
• Our studio fits a limited number of students, therefore pre-booking is required to avoid disappointment.
• The class is 90 minutes long. Please make sure you arrive on time. Due to the configuration of the studio and out of respect to the other students we are unable to admit latecomers.
• If this is your first class please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to register.

WHERE DO THE CLASSES TAKE PLACE?
Our classes are based at the Yogaholicz – Yoga Meditation Studio, in London E1 which in between Whitechapel and Stepney Green Station (District, Hammersmith & City Line and London Overground.)
The Yogaholicz is spacious and tranquil with timber flooring and lots of light, with indoor garden.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear clothes you are comfortable moving around in. Layers are a wise idea, as you will warm up during the class but might want something cosy and warm to wear during relaxation.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING ELSE?
Yoga mats and props are provided, but if you have your own mat you are welcome to bring it along.
